Fancy yourself a foosball player, or just an aficionado? Come out for the DC Tech Foosball Shootout, where teams of two from across the DC tech community will duke it out tournament style to see who will bring home the trophy.

On Monday, November 7 after work we’ll turn on the music in our garage and will be serving beer and snacks as the tournament gets underway. Drinking will start at 6:00, with the tournament starting at 7:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to come to play, cheer on the teams, or just enjoy the drinks and company. This is part of the DC Week celebrations and will be a great chance to casually meet people early in the week as things get going.

More details on the tournament are on the event page, where you can also rsvp to play or watch. We’ll post updates in the coming days on how the tournament will work, and in the meantime find a teammate, come up with a fun team name, and brush up on the official USTA rules.
