It’s Valentine’s Day, it’s the warmest day we’ve had in a very long time, and it will be positively Spring-like by the end of the week. While that’s a lot of temptation to take it easy somewhere outdoors, there’s also a lot of excellent temptation to head out to a local bar to catch some great technology events this week. Like an answer to the epic battle of humans vs. computers! Plus other great events. A roundup of the ones that caught our eye are below, and you can find a full schedule at DC Tech Events.
Monday, February 14

Jeopardy Watch Party : Computer vs Humans! Can a computer outsmart the all-time best Jeopardy players? Come watch this machine vs. man event in which IBM’s Watson computer will go head-to-head in an actual Jeopardy competition with top ranking players Ken Jennings and Brad Rutter.

Media Future Now: What the Kids Are Doing : This month’s Media Future Now event will look at what communications platforms young entrepreneurs are using and creating, and what they mean for the larger business community.
