Tânia is a UX/UI designer at Development Seed. Her work philosophy is simple: once you imbibe empathy and emotion into design, the products that result leave a lasting positive impact and improve people’s lives.

Before joining Development Seed, Tânia worked as a Digital Product Designer at Major, a design studio in Lisbon focused on creating meaningful experiences to empower their clients. She worked on several projects, from creating a marketplace to a complete redesign of Portugal’s national postal service. Throughout, she oversaw projects from the initial discovery phase to user testing and analytics.

Tânia holds a degree in Design from the University of Aveiro and a post-graduate degree in Digital Experience Design from the Academy of Fine Art at the University of Lisbon.
