Robin is a cartographer and developer who loves bringing data to life in interactive maps. She builds beautiful maps and websites that are inviting and purposeful. Robin engages with the open mapping community. She teaches and presents at events like State of the Map and Maptime Madison. She’s committed to advancing important social issues including women’s rights and renewable energy.

For three years, Robin directed a mapping lab at CEELAT, a non-profit think tank in Bogota, Colombia. She also owns a small business that sells handmade leather goods from Colombia. You can find her hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, and traveling every chance she gets.

Robin is fluent in Spanish and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Cartography and GIS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
