Paul is spending the summer with Development Seed, working on open data and mapping projects and building partnerships with development organizations. As a second year Master’s student at the University of California, Berkeley, Paul is studying technology-enabled international development and social enterprise.

Prior to joining Development Seed, Paul worked as an ICT Analyst with DAI where he advised projects and partners on the use of technology to reach development objectives. In that role, he worked on USAID-funded projects in Haiti, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other countries. He recently returned from a trip to Benin, where he helped Plan Benin improve its system for collecting and sharing reports of violence against children.
