Omnia contributes to finance and operations at Development Seed. She plays an integral part in supporting the team’s efficient use of internal processes and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Omnia is passionate about creating people-centric workplaces.

Before joining Development Seed, Omnia built operational infrastructure to benefit growing nonprofits. She has worked with a range of nonprofit organizations - one combating the homeless crisis in DC through strategic housing initiatives for women and another focused on the eradication of poverty globally - and helped them scale their operations at both the macro and micro level.

Omnia holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland in government & politics, with a certificate in women & gender studies.
