Angela is the people operations specialist at Development Seed. She feels lucky to have been raised in various ethnicities and cultures (Venezuelan, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Argentinian), which led her to study the Psychology of Intercultural Relationships focused on DEI, social psychology, cultural differences, and collaboration.

Angela has worked with organizations of different sizes and industries, private and governmental, specifically with implementing DEI initiatives and working in other areas of People Operations, such as project management, talent & career development, mentoring, recruitment, and learning & development.

Angela loves learning, meeting, and working with people and values different perspectives. To create the strongest teams, she strives to build diverse and inclusive work environments, be creative, be challenged, listen, and share her experience to help others develop their potential and reach their goals.

Angela is naturally curious and passionate about philosophy, art, psychology, earth, and animals. Angela is always interested and excited to learn about new places and cultures.
