Angela is the People Operations Lead at Development Seed. She feels lucky to have been raised in various ethnicities and cultures (Venezuelan, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Argentinian), which led her to study Psychology of Intercultural Relationships which focuses on social psychology, integration, cultural differences, and collaboration.

Angela has worked with organizations of different sizes and industries, private and governmental, specifically working with organizational culture and other areas of People Operations, such as project management, talent & career development, mentoring, recruitment, and learning & development.

Angela loves learning, meeting, and working with people and values different perspectives. To create the strongest teams, she likes to foster openness, be creative, listen, and focus on building welcoming and safe work environments that allow teams to develop their potential and reach their goals.

Angela is naturally curious and passionate about philosophy, art, psychology, earth, and animals. Angela is always interested and excited to learn about new places and cultures.
