Data Science DC : This meetup will dive into the world of Bayesian data analysis, a skill for flexibly modelling and understanding complex (or, as we’ll see, simple) data. Come out to learn more.

Tuesday, October 2

7:00–9:00 pm

DC Tech Meetup : Come out to hear what students are working on from their DC dorm rooms. This meetup will include 9 pitches or demos from students from local universities.

Wednesday, October 3

7:00–8:30 pm

GeoDC Meetup : Before you turn on the presidential debates, come out to see some hot maps. We’ll have lightning talks on National Geographic’s basemap, maps of Mars, and more.

8:00 pm

Presidential Debates with Redditors : Just one of the many debate watching parties happening around the city. Come out to a dive bar to join Redditors with watching and critiquing the debates.
