Monday, August 20

8:30 pm — 2:00 am

DC Nightowls Coworking Session : Sponge off the energy of other hardworking folks in this co-working session held at Bisnow. This session will bring together folks working on their own projects into the night, with a short break for introductions.

Tuesday, August 21

7:00 pm

NetSquared: Power of Open Source : Three speakers with backgrounds programming and implementing projects on open source will speak about the state of open source software generally and why open is usually a smart decision.

Wednesday, August 22

6:00–9:00 pm

Mobile Web Bootcamp : Come out for an intensive overview of mobile web, covering everything from creating a mobile web strategy to integrating it with your overall web strategy to adding a geo component.

7:00–11:00 pm

U Street Movie Series: The American President : Enjoy the tail end of the summer by watching a classic DC movie outside. The American President will be showing at sundown at the park in the Harrison Recreation Center off of U Street.

Thursday, August 23

6:30–9:00 pm

Tech Cocktail Mixer and Startup Showcase. : This event is just like what it sounds like — a happy hour where you can meet and talk with folks working in technology while seeing showcases of 16 different tech startups, presented by their creators. Come out to see some new ideas, meet new people, and get some insight into the DC startup scene.
