RELOAD: Networking Happy Hour : This happy hour will bring together folks interested in animation, graphic design, game design and developers, and related technology to casually meet and talk over drinks. Sound like you? Head over to the Science Club on Tuesday.

DCAST: Testing Metrics Lightning Talks : Want to learn more about testing metrics or share your favorite techniques? This meetup will feature a series of lightning talks on testing, and will have an open podium so you can get up and share your ideas with the group.

7:00 pm

DCjQuery Meetup : This month’s DCjQuery meetup will look at how to use JavaScript to build native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. It will also walk through in detail two platforms for building apps — Titanium and PhoneGap.

Wednesday, July 27

8:00–9:30 am

PointAbout MoBeta Breakfast : Do you develop or design apps for iOS, Android, RIM, or Windows Phone 7? This breakfast will bring together folks working in mobile to discuss their projects, and will also feature a discussion on Socialize, a SDK that promotes in-app social engagement.

7:00 pm

Django District Meetup : This meetup, hosted at the Sunlight Foundation, will feature a presentation introducing the geographic web framework GeoDjango. Come out to learn more about the platform and what you can do with it.
