Interface: CachedSubImageTags

TIFF tags that we pre-fetch for every image in a file: the primary image (as part of its CachedPrimaryImageTags), each overview, and each mask. Unlike the rest of the primary image's tags, which the overviews share, these can differ between images.

The image's JPEG tables (TIFF tag 347), or null if it has none. A tile read prepends them to each of the image's JPEG tiles.
