Interface: MultiRasterTilesetDescriptor

Groups N RasterTilesetDescriptors representing the same geographic extent at different native resolutions.

The primary tileset (finest resolution) drives tile traversal; secondaries are consulted at fetch time to resolve covering tiles and compute UV transforms.
