Over the course of several years we helped the World Resources Institute move to use open source software in all of the 20+ web properties they maintain. While leading the organization to a more sustainable web strategy, we advocated for the use of open source at all levels within the organization, created prototypes, built out nearly a dozen individual websites, and worked with their IT team to make smart technology buys and staffing decisions. Our goal was to ensure that their communications team could become more effective and dynamic in their outreach by using appropriate technology.

Specifically we led the strategy and implementation of WRI's first blog nextbillion.net, a network of sites for the sustainable transit program EMBARQ, and WRI's main website wri.org, among others.
