• Ability to discern ”commander’s intent” and get things done by being creative and resourceful, with a desire to take ownership over tasks.
• Appreciation for documenting code, writing tests for code, and making useful comments when using version control.
• Commitment to a GTD system and the ability to effectively communicate about actionable tasks.
• Enjoy reading code.
• Interest in working in an agile development environment. We scrum.
• Desire to work closely with a passionate team to build amazing tools.

Our headquarters is based in Washington, DC. We find that there is real magic that happens when we sit around the same table. We call it “hivemind”. It’s a combination of feeding off each other’s energy, causally transferring knowledge quickly between different teams, the fun of having dogs in the office and how their moods can change the working vibe, and blowing off steam with some seriously competitive foosball. The combination is exhilarating and makes us each feel we are part of something bigger.
