Tonight is our monthly Drupal meetup in Washington, DC, and it will focus on Drupal 7. Instead of lightning talks, we’ll facilitate a discussion about Drupal 7 and give everyone a chance to ask questions and share their experiences using it - so please come ready to talk.

The discussion will likely cover topics like is Drupal 7 ready to build on, when will it be released, what is new and different in Drupal 7, and what road blocks you can expect when upgrading your sites. We can talk about our experience upgrading the Features, Context, Admin, and Strongarm modules, how this led to us creating Build Kit, and how it could help others working in Drupal 7.

The meetup is taking place tonight, October 11, starting at 7:00 pm at Stetson’s. More details are available in the Washington, DC Drupalers group. We get together on the second Monday of every month, with the next meetup scheduled for Monday, November 8.
