The talk will get into domain name vs. trademark rights, keyword use of competitor trademarks, website owners’ liability for hosting infringers, and how social media plays into IP rights.

Sip and Twit America: It was just a matter of time before local wine tastings used twitter to share information and opinions on their wines. At this wine tasting of various local and national wines, participants will be asked to tweet their impressions so people can follow the tasting online.
