Tuesday, February 2

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

BIBA: Big Ideas Big Action: This event is all about ideas and innovation. In the morning, speakers will talk about both, while the afternoon will focus on making ideas actionable by joining up folks from .com, .gov and .org sectors with tech strategists. Hosted by iStrategy Labs, it’s sure to be a fun event. Ian will be there from Development Seed, so say hi!

Wednesday, February 3

6:00 - 8:00 pm

PHP Beverage Subgroup Meetup: This casual meetup brings together PHP developers who want to talk code over a few beers. Sound like you? Then head over to Gordon Biersch on Wednesday.

Thursday, February 4

6:30 - 9:00 pm

TECH cocktail DC 8: Want to see a clashing of tech folks from all sectors in the city? Come out for the TECH Cocktail, which is always one of the biggest tech parties around.

Dorkbot DC: This month’s meeting of artists, designers, and engineers will have two presentations - Andy Holtin will talk about his new art project Glance and Atau Tanaka will present recent research on mobile and locative media art.
